If you are interested in adopting a dog from the Florida Great Pyrenees Club, contact Joyce Gambacurta at 813-546-3100. We try to return calls within 24 hours, but because we all work full-time at regular jobs, we cannot always do so. We appreciate your patience if we can't get back to you right away. We will return your call as quickly as we can. To start the adoption process, fill out our adoption application at http://www.floridapyrs.org.

I was wondering what the temperament was with smokey and how he is doing with overcoming the heartworms. I have two small female dogs so I would need a dog that would be comfortable with them.

If you are interested in Smokey, the first step is to fill out an adoption application and contact Joyce (see info above). She or Terry (our rescue chairperson) can provide more info about each of the pyrs in rescue.
