Adoption Application
Filling out our online application is the first step in the adoption process. We conduct a home visit before any dog can be adopted. This allows us to help you choose a dog that will fit in with your home and family. Although we try to respond quickly, it can often take several days for our rescue coordinators to review your application. Thank you for your patience.

We have recently switched to a new adoption form. If you do not receive a confirmation email, or we do not contact with you within a few days, please contact smoon@floridapyrs.org.

Submission of an application does not guarantee that we will have a dog that is a good fit for your household.
