After the success of last year's contest, we’re excited to announce that the FGPC 2012 Rescue Calendar photo contest is underway! Funds from the calendar contest go the rescue.

Spring 2012 Picnic

The Spring 2012 picnic will be held on Saturday, April 14th outside of Kissimmee, FL.

11:30am – Arrival & Registration
12:30pm – Potluck Lunch

Your host will be providing the main dish, so please bring a favorite side dish, dessert or sodas.

Please REMEMBER that you are responsible for your dog’s behavior and please make sure your dog’s vaccinations are current.

Donations will be gladly accepted and truly appreciated to further our cause of rescuing as many PYRS as possible. Thank you!

Red Hot Rescue Chili Cook Off!

Come join Florida Great Pyrenees Club and Quaker Steak and Lube for the first annual "Red Hot Rescue Chili Cook Off" at Quaker Steak and Lube, 10400 49th St N, Clearwater, FL from 12 to 4 pm Local dog rescue groups will compete for "Best Rescue Chili Cook" in Tampa Bay.

Check out our event in The New Barker, official magazine of the chili cook-off.

Meet your new best furry friend. Rescue groups and vendors Galore.
Lots of silent auction and raffle goodies! Great food and frosty beverages.

Live music will be provided by Screaming Donkey.
